Pirate Island

Back in March we went to Chuck E. Cheese for Bryden's birthday, and Paedyn said that she wanted to go for her birthday, too. So, Justi made the plans, and then heard about a new Chuck E. Cheese-like place that just opened in Orem. So, we decided to give it a try... It was so much fun! The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is fantastic! It is all made up to look like a pirate ship- complete with canons and talking skeletons. They have an arcade and a few kid rides, plus a playground for the littlest ones. My review: I like that at Chuck E. Cheese they stamp parents and kids with matching stamps so that no one can just walk out with a kid that doesn't belong to them- they don't do that at Pirate Island, so you have to be super mindful of your kids. The food at Pirate Island is so much better than at Chuck E. Cheese, although slightly more expensive. But, you make up for it at the arcade- Pirate Island's is smaller, so we spent a lot less on tokens than we did at Chuck E. Cheese. All in all, parents and kids alike had a great time!
